Orders and Shipping
The following pertains to the continental US. We will not ship to a P.O. Box so please provide a valid physical shipping address with your order. All orders are shipped via Federal Express and UPS.
Shippment Packaging
We package your purchase so that it is shipped safely without breakage or damage. We use boxes that come from partially recycled materials.
Return Policy and Guarantee
- Only unopened product is eligible for return.
- Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
- If for any reason you wish to return an item please call us at 888-251-1501 or email us at otcherbs@gosolo.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number that you obtained from us.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange, or for a refund of your purchase price less shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
